Import Inventory Items

Upload a completed venue Excel review. The parser reads columns A–E as array rows (category in A when B/C are empty; items when C is KEEP or MODIFY). Rows with REMOVE in column C are skipped; parsing stops at “ITEMS TO ADD”.
